Can I check-out without the MyUnite App?

Yes, you begin the checkout process in the MyUnite app and follow the step by step instructions. Then you will need to collect a checkout envelope from your property team at reception. Simply fill in the checkout envelope, return all keys, passes and fobs and return the envelope to a member of staff at reception. You’ll need to speak to a member of staff and tell them you’re checking out. If you’re leaving when the reception is closed, make sure you speak to a member of staff about your check-out in advance or get in touch to tell us you’re leaving.
