You’ll also have plenty of space for your belongings, with a wardrobe, under-bed storage, shelves and drawers. A typical room is 6 metres x 4.5 metres.

Aberdeen University Students’ Union is just a few minutes’ walk from King Street Exchange. Home to The Union Bar, it’s the ideal starting point for nights out! With theme nights, comedy, live music, pool table, jukebox, games machines and, of course, student drinks offers; you’ll love living so close to the social hub of the university.
At King Street Exchange you’ve got everything you need close by. Just down the road is a large Lidl supermarket, plus a number of great shops including a SPAR, post office, Mike’s Fish & Chips takeaway, pharmacy, hairdresser, BP garage, JG Ross Bakery and much more.
A short walk into Aberdeen town centre, you’ll find a range of great bars and pubs as well as many student-friendly nightclubs.
If you’re looking to stock up, head down to the Beach Boulevard Retail park where you’ll find a huge Asda megastore and many more shops with everything you’ll need to last you through the term.
King Street Exchange’s great location means you’ve got easy access to a range of fantastic venues and social hotspots. Aberdeen’s favourite student pub, The Bobbin, is close by. Aberdeen University students love The Bobbin for its live Sky Sports, cheap drinks and pub food.
If you’re looking to relax after lectures or at the weekend, take a walk down to Duthie Park or head to the beach where you will find the Queens Links fairgrounds with indoor/outdoor carnival, cinema, restaurants and of course a sandy beach perfect for BBQs and chilling out with your mates.
King Street Exchange is just a short five minute bus journey away from popular student venues including Vodka Revolution and Scream pub Triple Kirks, with beer gardens perfect for when the sun comes out (and even when it doesn’t!).

King Street Exchange is perfectly placed for those looking to get involved in sport while at university. The Aberdeen Sports Village is a 10-minute walk from the property. Regarded as one of the leading sports facilities in the region, the Village hosts a range of top-class sports facilities which are available for students to use throughout the year.
A number of gyms are scattered throughout the city, most of which can be accessed by foot or a quick ride on the bus. Those near King Street Exchange include; DW Sports and the Beach Leisure Centre located near the beach fairgrounds, Nuffield Health and Fitness and Pure Gym located in the city centre; and David Lloyds located at Garthdee. You will also find many fitness facilities on campus at Robert Gordon University.
Aberdeen Football Club’s Pittodrie Stadium is situated on King Street, just a short walk from the property.
