Situated on Chester Street, just off Oxford Road, Parkway Gate is only a few minutes’ walk from both Manchester Metropolitan University and University of Manchester campuses.

Want to live with flatmates? Choose an en-suite room and you’ll get your own private bathroom but share a kitchen (perfect for cooking and eating together). Opt for a studio and your kitchen will be private too.

The common room at Parkway Gate includes pool and TVs, plus you get free access to a fully equipped gym, a karaoke room, dedicated video games room (with consoles) and a super-comfy cinema room to watch your favourite films. If you don’t want to head out, you won't be bored staying in!

Need to do some studying? We've also got loads of spaces to work with friends, or to take some quiet time to revise. There's also a courtyard area to soak up the sun, or take your studying al-fresco.

You can walk to the buzzing nightlife and shopping districts of Manchester city centre in around 15 minutes - but there’s plenty going on in your neighbourhood too. The nearby RNCM is an amazing live music and performance venue, as is HOME Manchester - which is also great for independent cinema and art exhibitions.
