What happens after I check out?

When you check-out, we’ll check your room and flat was left clean and empty. We’ll check you returned all your keys, (bedroom keys/fobs/card and post box keys), and we’ll send you an email confirming your check-out.

If there are any damage, cleaning or lost key charges following your departure, we’ll get in touch with you separately.
