Can I check-out before the end of my tenancy?

Yes. You can leave any time before your contract ends, and we will process your check-out early. You’ll need to return your keys and check-out in the MyUnite App, or tell a member of staff you’re leaving early.

If you do decide to check-out early and surrender your tenancy, you won’t be entitled to any rent refund.
