Do I still need to pay rent if I’m not using my room over term breaks?

We continue to provide a home to students, even with the differences that the 2020/2021 academic year has brought. We continue to adjust our services and ensure that we are operating as safely as possible, in line with advice from the relevant authorities. Our properties continue to remain operationally open even over the Christmas period. This means if students choose not to continue to use their room, they still need to make rent payments as per their contracts.
