When you place an order to purchase an Arrival Pack from Unite Students, you will receive a receipt of payment.
Prices listed are the most up to date we have and the price payable for the Arrival Packs shall be the prices displayed at the date of order unless otherwise stated.
The payment of the Arrival Packs shall be due in full on order.
All prices include delivery charges and are inclusive of Value Added Tax which will be charged at the appropriate rate.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) on our website.
Unite Students reserve the right to issue new price lists at any time without prior notice.
Please read picking up your post to understand the parcel terms and conditions as well as what you’ll need to do when picking up your Arrival Pack.
Orders placed before arrival
If you have ordered before your tenancy start date then you will receive your pack when you move in. The Arrival Pack can be collected from your property’s reception (in some instances you will need to show your photo ID) or will be waiting for you in your room, ready to be unpacked and used (subject to City team standard procedures). Please note orders must be placed 5 working days* before arrival to ensure you receive your Arrival Pack on time.
*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders placed after arrival
Any orders placed after arrival will be delivered in 5 working days subject to the condition above. To be notified of the Arrival Pack on you mobile device, check out the MyUnite app.
If you can’t make it in person within a week, someone else can pick it up for you – they’ll need the confirmation of delivery that we’ve sent to you and your photo ID. If you haven’t arranged collection within a week we will not be able to hold your parcel for much longer, as we will need to free up the space for other people's parcels.
If your Arrival Pack has not arrived within the quoted delivery time as stated above, please inquire into the status of your order within 48 hours (to give us enough time to check the whereabouts) by speaking to your property team at reception.
Cancellations and amends
Cancelling before you arrive
You have 14 days from date of order in which to cancel the order before you arrive at your property. This is done by emailing email@example.com or calling 0300 303 8632 from a UK Landline or +44 117 302 7399 from overseas (Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm, Bank holidays 10am – 4pm) along with your reason for the cancellation. A full refund will be issued and you’ll need to allow up to 5 working days for the credit to reach your account.
If you have placed an order and are changing/cancelling your tenancy agreement with Unite Students please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0300 303 8632 from a UK Landline or +44 117 302 7399 from overseas (Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm, Bank holidays 10am – 4pm.
Cancelling after you arrive
If you change your mind you can return the Arrival Pack within 14 days of order providing the pack has remained unopened and unused. Please return the Arrival Pack to your property team and we will issue a full refund. You’ll need to allow up to 5 working days for the credit to reach your account.
Change/Upgrade of Arrival Pack
If you want to change your Arrival Pack order please email email@example.com or call 0300 303 8632 from a UK Landline or +44 117 302 7399 from overseas (Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm, Bank holidays 10am – 4pm from overseas (if you have not arrived) or speak with reception/property team (if you have arrived) within 14 days of order and we will amend your order and issue you a credit for the price difference or request additional payment for the new price.
Refunds and returns
The item was found to be damaged or faulty on receipt
Please contact your local property team within 48 hours of receipt to show them evidence of the damage/fault and we will either replace the item subject to delivery and availability or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for the credit to reach your account.

The item was found to be faulty after use.
Please contact your local property team and we will replace the faulty product(s) subject to availability and delivery times.
If you change your mind after the 14 days of order then you will have to return it at your own cost to the address listed below and we will issue a full refund on confirmation on the receipt of delivery. See address below:
Arrival Pack Returns
