Property features

The Rackhay is located in the centre of Bristol, just off the waterfront. Home exclusively to University of Bristol students, it’s just 10 minutes on foot from the University campus.

All 115 rooms here are non en-suite rooms. That means you’ll share your bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area with flatmates.

Away from your room you’ll find a large common room with pool and table tennis tables and a study room. Being part of the Riverside residence means that you’ll have access to the social spaces and events at neighbouring Favell House and Waverley House too.

There’s a convenience store directly opposite the Rackhay, and the bustling bars of King Street are right around the corner. Feeling peckish? The St Nicholas indoor market offers a unique dining experience, with everything from gyoza and falafel to pies and speciality cakes to choose from, all made by independent traders.
