I have a check-in slot but I might miss it. What should I do?
Timeslots are in place to ensure we can safely manage how many people arrive at our properties at any one time and adhere to any social distancing measures in place at the time of check in.
You’ll be able to check-in any time from the start of your tenancy onwards but you must book a timeslot through the app to let us know when you will be arriving.
If you are delayed and arrive outside of your property's reception opening hours and there is nobody there to let you in you can call our Emergency Control Centre on 0300 303 1611 and a member of our team will come to help you move in to your new home.
