Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Blenheim Court has a common room on the ground floor, which offers a small study area, a pool table, sofas and a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is accessed through the common room. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
There is no parking available at Blenheim Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Blenheim Court on the ground floor towards the rear exit. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Blenheim Court in the common rooms and refuse area. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11.30am. Your fire assembly point is located at the rear of the building on Montague Street outside Subway.
