Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

When you arrive at the property you will be greeted by a member of the team who will guide you towards the check-in desk. When you reach the check-in desk the team will sign you in, give you your keys, and answer any questions you have. You will receive one key fob, which will give you access to your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
The common room is located near reception on the ground floor of Block B, and includes a TV and space to relax in.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located opposite Block A in an outbuilding. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There are benches outside for you to relax on. You will also find the smoking shelters outside.

Parking
Parking is available at North Court at an additional cost.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at North Court in the bike shed opposite Block A. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling are all disposed of at North Court in the bin store.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 4.30pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the car entrance to North Court.
