Where do I collect my key?

When you arrive at the property you will be greeted by a member of the team who will guide you towards reception. At reception the team will sign you in, give you your keys, and answer any questions you have. You will receive a contactless key card, which you can use this to access your room, your block and the laundry room. You will also receive a fob for the reception door and the main block entry door.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception can be found on the ground floor of Block A.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A, near reception. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry app.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at The Bakery. There are parking spaces outside the front of the building which are owned by Cardiff City Council.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at The Bakery towards the rear of the property. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at The Bakery. They are located outside towards the rear of the building.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 4.15pm. Your fire assembly point is located underneath the bridge on Taffs Mead Embankment.
