Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Central Station, Penarth Rd, Cardiff CF10 5RS or John Lewis Car Park, Hayes Bridge Rd, Cardiff CF10.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception can be found on the ground floor of Block A.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A, near reception. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry app.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at The Bakery. There are parking spaces outside the front of the building which are owned by Cardiff City Council.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at The Bakery towards the rear of the property. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at The Bakery. They are located outside towards the rear of the building.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 4.15pm and your fire assembly point is located at under the bridge on Taffs Mead Embankment.
