Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will also receive a separate key for your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are several common areas close to reception. There is a large living space with comfortable seating, TVs and a PlayStation.

Study room
There is a large, quiet area to study away from your flat on the ground floor.

Games room
The games room is close to reception and has a pool table.

Movie Room
There is a movie room next to reception kitted out with comfy sofas, chill out with friends and play on the playstation.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room at Houghall Court is located in Block B, on the 1st floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard area with landscaped gardens and seating.

Parking
Customer parking is not available at Houghall Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Houghall Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Houghall Court, with recycling bins in each flat. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located at the front of building on grass opposite building for Block A, and on the grass on opposite side of building for Block B.
