Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your key fob on arrival at the property. You can use this to access your main flat's door, your room and the main entrance door to the building.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There’s no parking at Shubhill House, however you can use Parkopedia to find your nearest car park.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
The common area is divided into three areas. On the ground floor you'll find a large common room with a TV, comfortable couch, table tennis and a pool table. From there you can access a mezzanine level with couches, tables, board games, books and a vending machine.

Study space
The study room is located on the ground floor next to the common room. It's separate from the common space to provide peace and quiet.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor, next to the study room. It includes four washers and four dryers. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
An outdoor gated area with grass and benches can be used at Murano House just across the road.

Bike storage
Shrubhill House residents can use the bike storage at Murano House for free. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Bikes are to be registered at reception.

Recycling
General waste, mixed waste, glass waste, cardboard waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Shrubhill House in a bin area located behind the building. It is easily accessed through Middlefield.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located at Spey Terrace, just behind the bin area.
