Exeter Trust House is situated at the end of the main high street, meaning there's plenty of shops and pubs right on your doorstep. Two cinemas, two gyms and a recently refurbished nightclub are also close by. The city centre, with all the main bars, restaurants and shops, is just a 10 minute walk away meaning you’re never far away from the action!

Facilities at Exeter Trust House

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open between 10am - 5pm. 
Common Room
The common room includes a pool table, table football, TV and board games. There is also a sectioned off study area.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry facilities can be found in the common room. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Outside Space
There is a seating area, with table tennis and a giant outdoor chess board.
Parking
There is no onsite parking available at Exeter Trust House.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Exeter Trust House – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
The Bin store is at the rear of the building at the back of the patio area. We have recycling for card, paper, plastic, tins/cans and glass.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside the Methodist church.
Key Type
You will receive a key card on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key card.

Where can I park and unload my car?

The nearest parking for check in is a few minutes down the road. Belmont Road car park is pay and display with 27 spaces. It is open Mon - Sun 8.00am - 6.00pm, including bank holidays. The tariff is; up to 1 hour £1.10, 1 - 2 hours £2.20, 2 - 3 hours £3.30, 3 - 4 hours £4.40, 4 - 5 hours £5.50, all day £6.00. To help locate it the postcode is; EX1 2HF. You can pay by phone by calling 0330 400 7275 with location number 84991.

When can I move in?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.
