Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There is a spacious and bright common area at Tramworks with a TV and table tennis, which can be accessed via reception or through our private car park. There is also a separate lounge area located on the fifth floor, plus four study rooms.

Study space
There are study rooms available on the 5th, 4th, 3rd & 1st floor.

Gym
The gym is open 24/7 to residents of Tramworks only, and is situated next to our main entrance and reception.

Laundry facilities
There are two laundry rooms. One located on the ground floor and one on the 5th floor. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There is a communal courtyard space outside the building.

Parking
There are limited spaces available priced at £15 per week. Contact glasgow@unitestudents.com to book your space as soon as possible. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is also pay and display parking available on Kelvinhaugh Street.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Tramworks in the car park. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Tramworks. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our common room and reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the pavement opposite reception.
