Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from our reception. You will receive a fob which will let you into the building and common areas, and a metal key which will let you into your flat and room or studio. This metal key can also be used to open your postbox, which is located to the left of reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in, but you can stop to unload belongings for a maximum of 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Broadcasting Tower has a bright common room with a widescreen TV, pool table and sofas for chilling out. The common room is to the right of the reception next to the entrance door.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located at the far end of the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a seating area with benches outside.

Parking
There is no parking available at Broadcasting Tower. Woodhouse Lane car park is less than five minutes away.

Recycling
Broadcasting Tower has general waste and recycling facilities in the bin store located to the rear of the building next to the bike store. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm and your fire assembly point is located on the Council Car Park.
