Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and fob on arrival at reception. You can use your fob to access the communal areas, and the key will give you access to your room.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in reception. You will need to download the Circuit Plus app to operate the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard area with a BBQ and a grassy area with benches.

Parking
Parking is available at The Grange. Contact your property team for more information.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at The Grange. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at The Grange. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located on Grange Lane, outside reception.
