Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 10-15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is spacious and relaxing with a TV area, study room, pool table and table tennis.

Study space
Two large study areas are available at St Luke's View.

Laundry facilities
There is an on-site laundry room available for you to use. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
St Luke's View has a great communal outdoor area, giving you the option to relax and catch up with your friends.

Parking
There is no parking available at St Luke's View. There is a secure multi-story car park on Heathfield Street with weekly passes available.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at St Luke's View. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Separate recycling and bottle bins are available at the property.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is in the courtyard opposite the building, outside the Osqa venue.
