Liverpool; a city a famous for its music, sports, shopping and student nightlife. From the beautiful waterfront with its variety of activities and eateries, to the array of independent shops and cafes in the bustling city centre, Liverpool has a never ending list of things to do. We sent a group of students to explore Merseyside and experience a sample of some of the things you can get up to in this friendly, lively city.
92 Degrees Coffee
Situated near the city centre and close to the universities, Liverpool’s first combined micro-roastery and coffee house serves arguably the best hot drinks in the city. So for a delicious coffee and a homemade cake before lectures, visit 92 Degrees Coffee on Hardman Street.
Home to the largest Chinese Arch outside of China, Liverpool’s China town at night is an exciting mix of some of the best eateries and bars in the city. The Arch itself was constructed to commemorate the twinning of Liverpool and Shanghai and was built by hand and imported piece by piece from China.
The cathedral tower tour is probably one of the best spots to grab stunning views of the Merseyside skyline. For a small donation you can reach the top of the longest cathedral in the world and enjoy panoramic views across the city. The cathedral itself is a place of serenity to escape the stresses of student life and relax.

Experience their story as you wander down replicas of famous 60s streets to learn how they grew into an international phenomenon.
