Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room offers a Freeview smart TV, an Xbox with a variety of games, foosball and a vending machine for when you fancy a snack.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located by the reception area in block A. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no parking available at Beaumont Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Beaumont Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Beaumont Court. The bin store is located between blocks A and B through a pedestrian gate.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Saturday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the opposite side of the road on St Pancras Way.
