Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in. Your nearest car park is at Cambridge Heath Road.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the ground floor and includes sofas, tables, a smart TV, table tennis, two vending machines, a pool table and foosball. There is also a study room.

Study space
The study room is located on the first floor, by the courtyard entrance, and includes a TV and printer, which is free to use.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with a large chess set and a rooftop terrace, both with benches and deck chairs.

Parking
There are pay and display parking bays located on Cambridge Heath Road opposite Blithehale Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Blithehale Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. You will need to register your bike at reception.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Blithehale Court.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1.30pm. Your fire assembly point is on the corner of Glass Street; near the Travelodge.
