Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the ground floor near reception and includes sofas, a TV and a pool table.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with benches.

Parking
Parking is not available onsite at East Central House. There is pay-by-phone parking on the main road. Parking permits are also available from Islington Council.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at East Central House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at East Central House. The bin store is located at the rear of the courtyard.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on Iron Monger Row, opposite the Britannia Public House.
