Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

The common room is located by reception and includes sofas, a TV, vending machines and study area.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located by the reception area. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no parking available at Elizabeth Croll House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Elizabeth Croll House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Elizabeth Croll House. The refuse area is located near Block A, by the pedestrian gate.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on Penson Road.
