Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the first floor and features pool and table tennis. Games consoles are also available for free hire at reception.

Study space
There are large air-conditioned study areas on the 1st floor and 17th floor.

Laundry facilities
The laundry is on the 1st floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There are two terraces on the 2nd floor with great views of Wembley Stadium. You'll also find two terraces on the 17th floor that overlook Wembley Stadium and the London skyline.

Parking
Discounted parking contracts are available from the local car parks. There will be parking and traffic restrictions on days when events are being held at the stadium.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Olympic Way and is opposite reception. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Olympic Way near the bike store and reception area.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the back of the building on Rutherford Way.
