Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 10 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room at Rahere Court is located on the ground floor. It has a television, vending machines, pool table and a seating area for socialising.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is accessed from the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with benches and tables. Mile End Park is also close by for picnics and barbeques.

Parking
Parking is not available at Rahere Court. There is a pay and display car park nearby.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Rahere Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Rahere Court.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 4pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the corner of Harford Street and Toby Lane, by the ambulance station.
