Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in. There is limited street access where you can unload belongings for 5 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the ground floor and includes a pool table, vending machines, a communal printer and sofas.

Laundry facilities
The laundry is located on the ground floor behind the reception area. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no parking available at Somerset Court.

Bike storage
There is an external bike storage accessible via Aldenham Street. It has a locked gate so please speak to the team at reception to collect a key. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Somerset Court. The bin store is located on the ground floor accessible via Aldenham Street.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Monday at 4pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside reception.
