Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you can stop to unload belongings for a maximum of 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are four common rooms at St Pancras Way. On the mezzanine level there is a games room with a pool table, foosball, Xbox One with online services and smart TV with online services. Opposite the games room there is a chill out room with bean bags, sofas and a smart TV. You'll find our main common room on the first floor which includes a TV, sofas, a pool table, an enclosed sofa area with breakfast bar and four large wooden tables with benches. At the end of a small terrace exiting from the main common room is a study area with power points, free printing , ethernet ports and big desks. Premium Range 2 studios also have access to a private common room.

Laundry facilities
There are two laundry rooms located on the first floors of Block B and Block D. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a large terrace area on the first floor of the property with picnic benches. Premium Range 1 and 2 studios have access to a private roof terrace.

Parking
There is no parking available at St Pancras Way.

Bike storage
Bike storage (inside and outside) is available at St Pancras Way. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at St Pancras Way. The bin store is located to the right of the lifts by reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Monday at 1.30pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the opposite side of the road on St Pancras Way.
