Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception / Shared Space
We have a small but friendly common room space, which has a TV and a small seating area.

Study space
We have a small study room available within Block 29 which is available to anyone living at Waterways. Approximately 6 students can use the room at any one time, and it has a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located by the reception area. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
The property sits alongside the Grand Union canal where you will find seating areas between Waterways and the shops - a nice space to sit, weather permitting.

Parking
There is no parking available at Waterways, but alternative parking is permitted at Harry French Hall a short walk away. Parking for up to 2 hours is also available in Sainsbury's, opposite the property.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Waterways. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Waterways.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1.30pm. Your fire assembly point is located to the rear of the building by the canal.
