Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room has a games area that includes pool, air hockey, foosball, twister and a retro games machine. There is also a study area, on-site gym and cinema room, as well as outside space.

Gym
Brass Founders has an on-site gym.

Laundry facilities
There are washing machines/dryers in each flat or studio. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
The outside space is landscaped with benches and table tennis.

Large Communal Kitchen
A large communal kitchen comes equipped with hobs, an oven, microwave, fridges/freezers, utensils, a TV, sofas, a large dining table and chairs.

Parking
Parking is not available at Brass Founders.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Brass Founders. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Brass Founders.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is every Monday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located opposite the front entrance of the property.
