Who can book a room?

If you'd like to book a room with us you'll need to:

Be a full-time student
Any full-time student can live with Unite Students; your University or College can let you know if you are classed as a full-time student.

Have a guarantor
A guarantor is someone over the age of 25 who takes joint financial responsibility for your tenancy. If you are unable to pay, it is your guarantor's responsibility to do so.

Have your card details ready
To book with us we will require card details to set up your rent instalments or for any upfront payments.

Choose your room
We have a mixture of rooms available across our properties. Whether you prefer a flat to yourself or you want to share a flat, the choice is yours.
