Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card at reception on arrival, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will also receive a 3 digit code to access your postbox.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV, pool table and table tennis. There is also a separate study room with TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located next to the common area. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a quiet courtyard space.

Parking
There is no student parking available at Charlton Court, and parking is prohibited within 3km of the property.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Charlton Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. The bike store is locked and will need a key card to gain access. There are also bike parks available within the courtyard.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Charlton Court. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside Waterside Court (main entrance). There are emergency gates that open.
