No Place, No Pay – Cancel your booking if you don’t get your uni offer, or you choose a different uni (first years only).

Things to remember when paying for group accommodation
There are no hidden costs when you book with Unite Students – all your bills are included in your rent. That means you don’t have to organise any extra payments with your mates.
You can choose to pay in one, three, or seven instalments – whatever suits you best! Each resident can also choose a different plan depending on their finances.
We don’t take deposits. However, we may ask everyone for an advance rent payment, so it’s a good idea to make sure everyone is aware. This is then deducted from your first rent instalment.
You may all need individual guarantors when making a group booking for student accommodation. They must be someone over 25 who can cover your payments if you’re unable to make them. For example, a parent or guardian.

We cater to groups of 2 to 6 people when making group bookings for student accommodation. This means you can choose to fill out a whole flat (6 rooms) with your mates, or make sure you’re in the same flat as your friend.
You need to be a student in education to book and live in Unite Students accommodation. However, we cater to a range of different group types. For example:
Groups of friends. Book shared group accommodation for 2 to 6 people.
Postgraduates. Live together in shared flats or studios for a little extra privacy.
Summer students. Great for group accommodation bookings for language schools and graduate schemes.
