Horizon Heights is situated next to Liverpool Lime Street train station, in Liverpool’s exciting Knowledge Quarter. From here, it’s a 10-minute walk to the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores campuses.
Here you'll find everything you need to know about your new home and the surrounding area, as well as important information on check-in day, specific to your property.

Facilities at Horizon Heights

Our friendly reception will be open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturday.
Common Room
There are a number of different common areas around the building and are spacious and relaxing with a TV areas, Study Room, Pool Tables and a Ping-Pong Tables.
Laundry Facilities
There is an on-site laundry room available for you to use. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Outside Space
Horizon Heights has a great courtyard area ideal for relaxing with friends and there is also a roof terrace on the 18th floor with amazing views of the city you are living in.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Horizon Heights – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling facilities are available at Horizon Heights.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your property team will confirm the regular time of fire alarms and your assembly point.
Key Type
You will receive a key card on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Important information for check-in day at Horizon Heights

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key card.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Parking is located at the Mount Pleasant Car Park, St Johns Carpark and the Adelphi Hotel carpark all approx 3 minutes from the property.

When can I move into Horizon Heights?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.

Get online as soon as you arrive by registering for your Wi-Fi before you get there.
