Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, foosball, study room and smart TV.

Laundry facilities
Laundry facilities are available at Exchange Works. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with table tennis and outdoor seating.

Parking
There is no paking available at Exchange Works.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Exchange Works. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Exchange Works.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside main entrance, on Arundel Street.
