Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

We are keyless at Jennens Court, so you just need to download the NSP app. We will activate your access once you have checked in. This will give you access to your flat, room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload your belongings at one of the local car parks. We will have trolleys available for you to help unload your belongings!

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The main reception is located at the front of the building between Coffee Kup and Subway.

Common room
The common room for all blocks of Jennens court is located in Block A on Level -1. The common room has a foosball table, sofa, pool table and TV area.

Study space
The study area is located through Jennens Court common room on Level -1. On-site printing is available here.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on level -1. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Jennens Court has a small courtyard with benches located through Level -1 of Block A.

Parking
Parking is not available at Jennens Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Jennens Court located in the car park on Level -2. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Jennens Court. Bin bays are located in the car park on Level -2.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday between 1-2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on Grosvenor Road outside Birmingham City University School of Arts.
