Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive your key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes. Please try and stick to the check-in slot you've booked so we can accomodate you. Cars must be accompanied at all times, and our friendly team will be on hand to help unload.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the 2nd floor and includes a pool table, TV, seating areas and a vending machine.

Study space
The study room is located on the 2nd floor and is accessed through the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the 1st floor. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a decking area with table tennis and outdoor seating.

Parking
Customer parking is not available at Manor Bank, but there are plenty of pay and display car parks (Quayside and Manors multi-storey car parks) in the surrounding area. There is a parking option at our other property, Camden Court, just a short distance away. Contact your property team to find out more.

Bike storage
We have a dedicated bike storage area. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock and email us with a description of your bike and Customer ID. The bike store is adjacent to the bin store on level 0.

Recycling
The bin store is on level 0. Recycling bins are provided in each flat and in the main bin area.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located at the top of Pandon Bank.
