We don’t offer rooms furnished with bedding or kitchen essentials, so please make sure you pack what you need. You can buy items directly from our partner UniKitOut via our Shop page.
All our summer stay rooms are single occupancy so please book a room for each individual person.
Unfortunately not, you need to be a current student to stay in all of our properties.
You need to be at least 18 years old to book a summer stay with us.
Most of our summer stays have a minimum booking of 7 days. There are some properties where the minimum stay is longer - when booking your room and choosing your stay dates, the minimum stay will be shown to you during the selection.
We’re sorry but you can’t bring any pets with you when staying for summer. If you have a support animal you need to bring with you, please contact us before booking.
No, for summer stays we only need the details of an emergency contact from you.
All our en-suite rooms have a communal kitchen shared with the other rooms in that block. The number of people you will be sharing with varies by property.
If you book a studio room, you get a private kitchen.
You can pay for your summer stay by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, UnionPay or Direct Debit (UK banks only).
No, all summer stay bookings require full payment up front.
Unfortunately for summer stay bookings we are unable to offer cancellation or a refund.
