Luckily for Unite Students residents, many of our properties have fully-equipped on-site gyms, or free access to gyms at nearby properties.
From free weights to cardio machines, our gyms have all the kit you need to stay in shape and feel great. Some properties also have tailored fitness facilities like yoga studios, sports courts and dance studios.
Yes, some of our Unite Students accommodation buildings have a gym. This includes locations such as The Plaza in Leeds, Morris House in Nottingham and Walmsley Studios in London. However, not all our accommodations have an on-site gym. You can check the amenities and facilities at each location while booking.

All our buildings also come with 24/7 security and support.
Student amenities are the features and services provided by universities or private accommodation providers to improve students' comfort, convenience, and quality of life. These can include facilities like libraries, gyms and social areas, and features such as high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry rooms and vending machines – all of which you can find at various Unite Students locations.
At Unite Students, we offer four different room types:
En-suite. You get a sleeping and study space, plus your own private bathroom. You’ll just need to share a kitchen.
Non-ensuite. A place to sleep and study, but you’ll need to share a bathroom and kitchen.
Studio. Your own private space that includes a kitchen and bathroom.
Accessible. Rooms built with your accessibility needs in mind so you can make the most of uni life.
No, your partner, family, or friends cannot live in your uni accommodation. However, you’re allowed to have guests under the Unite Students guest policy. Try to remain considerate of your other flatmates. If you want your partner over, a few nights should be fine, but try not to allow them to stay overnight for extensive periods of time.
