Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and post box key. You can use the fob to access your room and the communal areas at Walmsley Studios.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
There is no common room at Arbour House, however you do have access to the common room at Walmsley Studios.

Study space
The common room at Walmsley Studios includes a study area for you to use.

Gym
There is no gym at Arbour House, however you do have access to the gym at Walmsley Studios.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located in the basement, which is accessible at all times. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Arbour House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Arbour House, in the basement of Block A. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. You will need to register your bike at reception.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at Arbour House.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located in Northampton Square.
