Where do I collect my key? You can collect your keys from reception. | Where can I park and unload my car? There's no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes. Please try and stick to the check-in slot you've booked so we can accommodate you. Cars must be accompanied at all times, and our friendly team will be on hand to help unload. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Manors NSP Car Park, Trafalgar St, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2BN or Quayside Multi Storey Car Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2HJ. | When can I move in? You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.
