Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key fob from reception on arrival, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will also recieve a 3 digit code to access your post.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception can be found at Charlton Court next door.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, table tennis, sofas and a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located next to the common area. Machines are operated through the Circuit laundry app.

Outside space
There is an outdoor, enclosed courtyard area with astro turf and picnic benches.

Parking
There is no student parking available at Waterside Court, and student parking is prohibited within 3km of the property.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available, but please remember to bring your own bike lock. The bike store is locked and will need a combination code to gain access. There are also bike parks available within the courtyard.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Waterside Court. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test takes place at 1pm every Friday. Your fire assembly point is located outside Charlton Court (main entrance). There are emergency gates that open.
