Chantry Court is located close to Bristol city centre, and is only a few minutes’ walk from the popular Park Street, boasting a great selection of boutiques, record stores, bars, restaurants and art galleries all set on the steep hill. There is an oriental supermarket next door to the property, and a Sainsbury’s Local and Morrison's just one street away.
Here you'll find everything you need to know about your new home and the surrounding area, as well as important information on check-in day, specific to your property.

Facilities at Chantry Court

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm. On a Saturday, you can access the Brunel House reception team between 8am and 8pm.
Common Room
Chantry Court has a common room with a study area, ping pong table, sofas and TV area where you can relax and connect your laptops to the TV to do presentations and group work, watch films and play games.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is located in the common room. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Parking
There is no parking available at Chantry Court. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or your University for on campus parking.
Bike Storage
Bike room available on the first floor and accessed with key card.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Chantry Court. Please take care not to contaminate with different types of refuse.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 3:30pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the back of the Hippodrome.
Key Type
You will receive a key and fob on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.

Important information for check-in day at Chantry Court

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key and fob.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Parking is located at Trenchard Street, West End, BS1 5AN.

When can I move into Chantry Court?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your tenancy start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.
You will be required to book an arrival slot through the University of Bristol website, the university will be in contact with you about this. If you are going to be arriving much later than the start of your tenancy, just let us know and we will arrange for someone to be there to greet you and make sure you get the keys to your new home. If you are planning to move in outside of our reception opening hours, please contact our emergency contact centre on 0300 303 1611
