Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and key. You can use the fob to access the main building and your block. The key will give you access to your flat and room.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room at Rose House is located on the ground floor, underneath York Block. You will need to download the Circuit Plus app to operate the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a garden area with seating for you to hang out in.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Rose House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Rose House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling is disposed of at Rose House in the bin area outside York Block.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located on York Road.
