The common room includes a pool table, TV, and a piano, and is located close to reception near the post boxes.

The laundry room is located on the ground floor next to the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space and garden with benches located at the back of the building. You can access the space by using the side gate near the building entrance.

Parking
There is street parking outside the property, and an additional car park at the nearby Sainsbury's.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Ewen Henderson Court, located within the rear garden area. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the corner of Batavia Road.
