Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, snack machine, study area, sofas and a TV, and is located in the courtyard close to the gate.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located near the reception area. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
North Lodge has a garden area, perfect for meeting up with friends – weather permitting!

Parking
There is limited pay and display parking available. Please note, this parking is not operated by Unite Students. There is parking available at the nearby retail park.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at North Lodge. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. The bike store is located near Block A entrance.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at North Lodge and located in the courtyard.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located by the football pitch at the end of Lebus Street.
