Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The main common room is located by the main entrance and reception. It includes a study space, vending machines, pool tables, foosball and outdoor table tennis. There is a smaller common room space on the first floor above the main common room.

Study Room
There is a large study room on the ground floor near the entrance to block A. It has space for group and individual study.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor of block C. Blocks C and D are located on the other side of the covered walkway that runs across the courtyard. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a large courtyard space with outdoor table tennis and picnic benches. There's also a terrace with deck chairs on the first floor.

Parking
There is no parking available at Stapleton House. Ticketed street parking is available on Eden Grove.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Stapleton House, and can be accessed from the common room and courtyard. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Stapleton House. The bin store is located off the courtyard, below Block A.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Monday at 5pm.Your fire assembly point is located across from Tesco.
