Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive your key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 5-10 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
The laundry is located on the lower ground floor. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
There are six spaces charged at £903 (payable in three instalments) for the duration of the 43-week tenancy. Spaces are allocated on a strictly first come, first serve basis. Contact the property for an application form.

Bike storage
We have a dedicated bike storage area. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling bins are provided in each flat and in the main bin area outside.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located next to the footbridge across the road.
