Where do I collect my key?

You will receive your key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Our Common room is located on the 4th floor and is open 24/7.

Study space
The study room is located on the 5th floor and is open 24/7.

Laundry facilities
Laundry is provided on the 3rd floor. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
Parking is not available at Magnet Court. There is a private pay and display car park nearby.

Bike storage
Bike storage is not available at Magnet Court.

Recycling
Recycling bins are provided in each flat. The bin store is to the rear of the property.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the back of the building.
