Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. Studio rooms have their own post key, given out on arrival, and shared flats will have a post box key hanging on the noticeboard in the kitchen for the flat to share.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in, but there is limited pay and display parking available on the street.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Sugarhouse Close has a common room just off the main reception area which includes a seating area, table tennis table, a pool table, PS4, TV, DVD player, vending machines and printing facilities.

Study space
There is no separate study area, but there are desks in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the lower ground floor of the Kilns block. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There are two courtyards at Sugarhouse Close, one of which has picnic benches.

Parking
On-site parking is not available at Sugarhouse Close. Parking is available at St Johns Hill NCP, which is across the road.

Bike storage
Indoor bike storage is available at Sugarhouse Close on the ground floor of the Kilns block. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
There are general waste, glass and mixed recycling facilities available in the bin store location in Maltbarn or at the back of Dunkled House. Please take care not to contaminate with different types of refuse. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation point, a food bank, a donation library and battery and electrical recycling in the common room.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. The fire alarm is tested every Monday at 2 pm. Your fire assembly point is located in Hammerman's Entry which is next to the Tesco Express.
